It mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, coil guide, slitting machine, scrap winder, tension unit, uncoiler and coil car, hydraulic system, etc. It mainly used in coil or hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface spreading.

Advantages:
1. The thin sheet slitting line is controlled by electrical controls system, a key to increasing yield; while the traditional one is adjusted by operators.
2. Offline setup, push-button slitter tooling lock-up, powered indexing tension rolls, quick-change tooling bars and automatic transmissions are on all DC motors.
3. All kinds of non-ferrous strips can be cut by cutting tools of different materials. The thin sheet slitting line can be divided into three types, due to the different slitting speed, max. coil weight, strip thickness and max. strip width.  


 

Component:
This thin sheet slitting line, also called metal coil slitter, is a kind of production line to break down master coils into smaller coils of a particular width. The thin sheet slitting line is composed of coil-loading car, single mandrel uncoiling, coil-end-feeding and shoveling, double roller pinching feeding, three-roller-leveling, end-cutting, strip-aligning, disk shearing, scrap reeling, hole accumulator, pre-separator, tensioning, recoiling ,coil down car, hydraulic control, and electric control.
